Below are few of the most common questions we get asked by our customers:

FAQsQ. Broadband is slow or losing connection – I have contacted my Broadband Service   Provider and they have told me that I need one of their engineers to come out to investigate, but that I have to pay their fees, can you help?

A. Many Broadband providers will tell you that you require an engineer to come out and carry out tests/repairs to your Broadband service. What they do not always tell you is that you do not have to have their engineers check your Broadband line and connectivity. We offer a fault finding service for a lot less money than most well known internet service providers and can inform you as to if the issue is external or internal.

Q. Can you install  Sky Multi Room Telephone  Sockets  for me or do I have to use Sky?

A. We can install Sky Telephone Sockets in your home / business for you. We can also install various other services / connections for 99.9% of all providers eg Sky, Sky+, Sky+HD, BT, O2, Talk Talk and many more.

Q. Is the work you carry out covered by a Guarantee?

A. Yes, all our work is covered for up to 12 months warranty. In the unlikely event that you experience any issues with the work we have carried out for you, we are happy to come out to rectify the problem for no charge.

Q. Do you charge a call out fee?

A. We charge a small call out fee which is a lot less than most large service providers and you do not pay anything additional if we are there less than one hour. Any time over the first hour is agreed upfront with you and charged at an hourly / half-hourly rate.
