Required Work / Fault Reported:
Update master faceplate
What our Telephone Engineer did:
Installed filtered faceplate to the master socket.

Required Work / Fault Reported:
Superfast fibre broadband fault
What our Telephone Engineer did:
Check faceplate and checked for incoming service, found that faceplate was at fault and replaced.

18th November 2015, Tunbridge Wells
Required Work / Fault Reported:
Phone extension not working
What our Telephone Engineer did:
Tested cabling to the extension and looked at faceplate found the wiring was at fault, rewired and tested – back in to service.

Required Work / Fault Reported:
Extend master telephone point to upstairs
What our Telephone Engineer did:
Installed cabling to the upstairs study and transferred Master and Router to the study.

9th November 2015, Northampton
Required Work / Fault Reported:
Slow broadband
What our Telephone Engineer did:
Tested line and internal wiring, found the solution was to move master to centre of the house. Extended cabling and tested speed which improved by making it three times the speed and better Wi-Fi coverage.

Telephone line not working
What our Telephone Engineer did:
Tested internal cabling and tested incoming service found that the incoming service was at fault contacted phone line provider on behalf of the customer.

Extend master from bedroom to hallway
What our Telephone Engineer did:
Installed new carnival from bedroom to hallway and transferred master telephone point to the hallway.

What our Telephone Engineer did:
Installed new cabling to another room of the property and installed a filtered faceplate to the master socket.

Tested cabling within the property and tested incoming service found that the Roueter was at fault.

March 2015 Greenhithe Kent

Telephone extension is not working in residential property.
What our Telephone Engineer did:
Tested internal wiring and found fault  to be in the telephone point in bedroom very poor connection replaced telephone point and tested all other telephone extensions back into service.

Restaurant cabling fault
What our Telephone Engineer did:
Tested cabling within the restaurant found a very poor connection coming from the master terminating plate re-terminated and tested extensions back into service.

What our Telephone Engineer did:
Customer needed incoming telephone cable moving approximately 6 inches above the skirting boards as new skirting boards were being installed, required re-drilled hole and installing cable into master telephone point.

December 2014 Corby Northants

Required Work / Fault Reported:
Wi-Fi connection faults
What our Telephone Engineer did:
Wi-Fi connection problems due to very thick walls in residential property.
We found that the cabling was very old and faulty so what we did was replace and completely rewired the telecoms cabling around the property and install new telephone points including a centralised filtered master telephone points.
We also needed to upgrade the wi fi router  so a new more powerful router was supplied and fitted this coped with the signal very well and now the customer can get Wi-Fi in every room.

Sky multi room bedroom telephones not working
What our Telephone Engineer did:
Telecoms fault found in outside junction box, also installed to new telephone points in each bedroom.
The superfast broadband  filtered master telephone point was faulty and this was replaced.

Move master telephone point.
What our Telephone Engineer did:
Customer required Master Telephone point to be removed from electrical cupboard as this was hard to access so what we done was extended the cable just Above the cupboard And installed master telephone point then tested back into service.

Check for faults
What our Telephone Engineer did:
Tested internal telecoms in reesidential property also tested the incoming line from telephone and broadband provider and this was to be a fault coming from the BT network I advised the customer to contact the phone provider to arrange the fault to be fixed there would be no charge to the customer from their phone provider for doing this work.

Install telecoms & cat5 with WI FI to out building.
What our Telephone Engineer did:
Ran a telecoms & cat5 cable under ground to out building and installed, also set up of Wi Fi installed router.

Required Work / Fault Reported: broadband drops and noisy line.
What our Telephone Engineer did:
Tested line coming in from BT tested internal wiring.
Fault found noise on BT cabling reported to BT/Openreach.

Fault found on cable feeding master phone point, repaired cable and tested back into service.

What our Telephone Engineer did:
Found fault to be in the BT junction point at the front door,the extension cable feeding all the other extensions in the house was disconnected so only the master phone point was working,reconnected extension cable and tested back into service.

Found fault on a extension cable, replaced with new install and tested back into service.

What our Telephone Engineer did:
Installed 2 x phone extensions to replace poor existing install by other telephone engineering company, now the home owner receives a much better broadband connection and faster speed.

Broadband fault – slow speed.
What our Telephone Engineer did:
Tested the broadband signal and speed  at all phone points.
After further investigation it was found to be poor speed coming from ISP We advised (ISP)
internet service provider, who arranged to fix the broadband speed for  the client.

Installed Broadband telephone socket in outside building and tested into service.

What our Telephone Engineer did:
Tested broadband signal from (ISP) Internet Service Provider. And telephone line no service coming from ISP also checked internal wiring which tested good.   We passed on details to the ISP and the fault was fixed free of charge.
